Bought several versions of GH5. Picked up from K-Playground on the weekend ATEEZ were headlining BST Hyde Park. Expected queues and chaos, but they had a great set up, with seats while we waited and a big screen showing ATEEZ mv’s. Staff were really efficient and really polite. Loved the pre-order pob too :)

Although there were several hiccups in my experience of ordering through K-Playground, I should preface by saying both of my two orders eventually arrived safely and without damage to the actual products. My order of two albums (as part of Ateez’s fansign event, placed on 11th June) arrived on time, just a few days after the album’s release and without damage. I had placed an order a few days beforehand, however, for a single album and another Ateez item, and this order (originally placed on the 9th June) did not arrive until the 15th July. It also arrived in a damaged box as shown in the photographs. I understand the delay was due to a mistake made when printing shipping labels for the company’s biggest fansign event to date, and truthfully I didn’t mind waiting. The lack of communication about what had happened to the order, however, was concerning, and I would’ve been worried that the whole thing was a scam if I hadn’t already received one of my orders successfully. I was doubly worried after finally receiving the order in a seriously damaged box, and after hearing others’ stories of their albums being damaged. In the end, however, the items arrived without issue and in perfect condition. I was really relieved that the Ateez 8ROOM Random Mini Figure I had ordered was still included in my order despite its having been refunded, too, and it made me feel more appreciated as a customer and the whole process feel a little bit more worthwhile. In the end, I would order from K-Playground again, but hope that the customers spending (oftentimes) a lot of money can be taken care of and these kinds of problems mitigated in the future!
